Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept refunds. We do, however, accept exchanges for items purchased in the store. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We require a picture with a date stamp. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@redoakbeadwork.com.
