Shipping Policy

Shipping policy to come.

We ship with the following carrier: Canada Post.

We offer free shipping on orders over $200.

The $200 for free shipping is calculated before applicable taxes and on discounted prices in case of promo code or other. 

Packages are generally shipped within 72 hours of order placement. 

Your purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the size of some products. You will be able to track each package by tracking number.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a RETURN REQUEST. All items must be in brand new, unworn condition and have original tags still attached. Send an email at info@redoakbeadwork.com with RETURN REQUEST in the subject line.

The buyer is responsible to ship all return items within 48 hours of receiving our RETURN APPROVAL. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any disputes, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item is returned back to Red Oak Beadwork in the condition it was originally sent out in, a digital gift card for the original product amount, (NOT including shipping) will be issued to the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If 7 days have gone by since the tracked delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

**Please note that we cannot guarantee exactly how the fur poms and trims will appear on your individual items as they are organic and natural variations occur in pattern and slight variances in colour from the same fur type.**

Non-returnable, non-refundable items:

  • Custom items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings

  • Moccasins and other footwear

Before placing an order for these items, please consult the size chart/item description and select your item accordingly.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
